Spring brings the return of outdoor recreation, and golf enthusiasts will be thrilled to hear that Lochmere Country Club in Tilton, The Ridge Country Club in Gilford and Waukewan Golf Club just up the road in Center Harbor are set to open for the season in mid-April, weather permitting. These picturesque courses offer a perfect way to embrace the beauty of spring while working on your swing.
For those looking to indulge in local flavors, Beans and Greens Farm in Gilford hosts their tasting events Saturdays from 11 AM – 2 PM, where visitors can sample delicious items from their café menu along with local beer and wine. Plus, mark your calendars for their Spring BBQ & Brews Event on May 17th, a celebration of great food, drinks and community spirit.
Music lovers can also look forward to the return of live concerts at the Bank of NH Pavilion in May. With a lineup featuring an exciting mix of artists and performances, there’s no better way to welcome warmer days than with an evening of music under the open sky.
