A Message From The Manager

We had one HOT summer and one COOL autumn, so what do you say I get you all fired up for one COLD and SNOWY winter. Winter is right here at our doorsteps and nothing is going to stop it now. I bet you cannot wait; well we cannot wait either. Let me set it up for you: The wind is blowing, the snow is falling and the lake is frozen. Ski slopes and snowmobile trails are groomed, bob houses staked in place and rinks just waiting for your ice-skates.

If you are feeling cooped up these days then there is no better way to break out and be outside enjoying fresh air, sunshine and recreations. Soon enough, visitors will be out ice skating, snowshoeing and snowmobiling just beyond our very own beachfront shores. Guests are welcome to take advantage of other great snow sports in the area with discounted skiing and snowboarding lift tickets from our partner ski areas or rent a pair of snowshoes from the Inn and enjoy a walk at the nearby conservation trails or across frozen Lake Winnipesaukee.

Be sure to check out our seasonal promotions including a Winter Adventure Package, Dinner and a Movie and Romantic Getaway with Dinner for two at the Canoe Restaurant and Tavern. Enjoy ice fishing right off our shores or cross-country skiing and snow shoeing at nearby conservation areas and Gunstock Mountain. If you feel the need for speed, bring along your snowmobile and zip through the winter wonderland.

After a full day of adventure, come back to the Inn to enjoy several nearby eateries, distilleries, and breweries. Relax in our four-season outdoor lakeside hot tub to shake off the chill in your bones and delight in the comfort of your very own king or queen size bed before retiring for the night. Get a great night’s rest and in the morning enjoy breakfast on us to get you fueled for another amazing day. Shake off that cooped up feeling and escape with us at Center Harbor Inn for some winter fun and relaxation this winter.

Thank you,
Denis Longchamps
