CENTER HARBOR INN POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

Cancellations made with 7 or more days of advance notice prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, no changes can be made to a reservation within 7 days of the check-in date. This policy also applies to cancellations or changes due to inclement weather. Guests who opt to purchase the Protect My Vacation option must book this add-on within 48 hours of making their reservation. This option allows guests to cancel their reservation up until 9pm, two days prior to the arrival date at no additional charge. Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Our Inn operates on a cashless basis, so please be prepared with a credit card. Any refunds must be applied back to the card originally charged.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Guest must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card in their name present upon check-in. Check-in time begins at 3:00PM. Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM.

PET POLICY:

Due to allergies and unpredictable animal behavior, pets are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the property. Non-compliance results in a $250 fee. Nearby kennels offer pet accommodations at reasonable rates.

SMOKING POLICY:

To respect the concerns of guests, indoor spaces on property are designated as non-smoking including all guest accommodations. To enforce this policy we charge a $250 fee to guests who do not cooperate.

SECURITY HOLD:

A $200 dollar credit card preauthorization will be taken upon check-in for incidentals. This amount will be automatically refunded upon check-out for folios with zero balances. Credit card companies require 3 – 7 business days to process.

SMS COMMUNICATION POLICY:

By providing your phone number during the reservation process, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

What are the hot tub hours?

Our four season outdoor hot tub is open from 8AM – 9PM Sunday – Thursday and from 8AM – 10PM on Friday & Saturday

Can I book online using a gift card?

Can I use cash at the Inn?

We do accept cash in our tipping envelopes for housekeepers; otherwise, our Inn operates on a cashless basis, so please be prepared with a credit card.

Do you offer any promotions?

At this time we offer deals on accommodations. You can find our current promotions on our packages page

Are there watercraft rentals onsite?

The inn offers a variety of watercraft rentals including: standup paddleboards, pedalboats and kayaks. Rates for watercraft rentals are $40 for half day and $55 for full day rentals.

What if I plan to arrive after the front office closes?

Late arrivals must call Steele Hill Resort, our sister property, for lockbox information at 603-524-0500.
