Inn Policies

Cancellations made with 7 or more days of advance notice prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, no changes can be made to a reservation within 7 days of the check-in date. Guests who opt to purchase the Protect My Vacation option must book this add-on within 48 hours of making their reservation. This option allows guests to cancel their reservation up until 9pm, two days prior to the arrival date at no additional charge.

Any refunds must be applied back to the card originally charged.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card in their name present upon check-in. Check-in time begins at 3:00PM. Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM.

Due to allergies and unpredictable animal behavior, pets are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the property. Non-compliance results in a $250 fee. Nearby kennels offer pet accommodations at reasonable rates.

To respect the concerns of guests, indoor spaces on property are designated as non-smoking including all guest accommodations. To enforce this policy we charge a $250 fee to guests who do not cooperate.

A $200 dollar credit card preauthorization will be taken upon check-in for incidentals. This amount will be automatically refunded upon check-out for folios with zero balances. Credit card companies require 3 – 7 business days to process.
