The castle, initially named the Lucknow estate by the mansion’s original owner, offers daily tours from late May until the end of October. There is an orientation to begin the tour then you may grab a floor plan and navigate the historic mansion and gardens on your own and have the opportunity to learn more from one of the many knowledgeable museum guides throughout the mansion. The castle has recently opened up their basement for guided tours as well which will give you a unique glimpse into how the mountaintop castle was built in 1914.
